The Treo Payroll card is a MasterCard Prepaid Stored Value card. This is not a "credit" card – you can only spend up to the amount of money deposited on your card. You can use the Treo Payroll card for both PIN and signature transactions at ATM's and merchants that accept MasterCard throughout the world.

Your employer will deposit your NET paycheck directly onto your card ever payday. You will no longer have to wait to cash or deposit your check, or pay high fees to get your cash.

Your money is held in a secure account at First California Bank – an FDIC insured bank. Your funds may only be withdrawn with your Treo Payroll card.

If your card is lost or stolen, or for some reason becomes unusable, contact Treo Customer Service at
888-211-8463 and report it. Your card will immediately be deactivated and a new card issued. Your funds will automatically be transferred to your new card.

There are no credit checks to pass and no bank account required. You must have a valid Federal I.D. number and one other form of identification. The documents that you supplied your employer at the time of your hiring will suffice.

Your employer is responsible for loading your payroll onto your card on payday. Typically; your funds are available the morning of you payday.
